Review:The 2023 Graacher has a deep, pure and mineral nose that exhibits a lovely gray-slate oil rather than fruity aromas. This Riesling Trocken is round, refined and elegant on the palate, remarkably complex and long, with ripe, elegant fruit, a finely intense fruit texture and serious tannins. The finish is still young, edgy and grippy, with lots of salty stone notes. 12% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted in December 2024.
